Trump rally Donald Trump Holds Rally in Pennsylvania, Vows Tougher Immigration Policies and Reflects on Assassination Attempt

Trump Rally : Former President Donald Trump returned to Pennsylvania on Wednesday for a rally in Harrisburg, marking his first visit to the state since the assassination attempt at a previous rally in Butler on July 13. Addressing a large crowd at the Farm Show Complex, Trump launched into his criticisms of the Biden-Harris administration, particularly focusing on immigration and public safety.

“They’re letting horrible people into our country. They are poisoning our country by contrast. If I’m elected, on day one, we will begin the largest deportation in American history,” Trump declared, promising stricter immigration enforcement if he returns to the White House.

Trump also addressed the July assassination attempt, which left one supporter, Corey Comperatore, dead and injured Trump and two others. The former president led a moment of silence in memory of Comperatore and expressed gratitude to the supporters who continue to stand by him. “As you know, this is my first return to Pa. since our rally in Butler.

We’re going back to Butler too,” Trump said, acknowledging the resilience of his supporters. Many attendees at Wednesday’s rally had also been present in Butler, with some, like Valerie Mansberger from Newville, feeling even more compelled to show their support after the tragic event. “It’s one of the reasons I’m here — to support him and let everyone know they’re not going to scare us off. Even a bullet won’t stop us,” Mansberger said.

The rally comes as Trump remains locked in a tight race with Democratic challenger Kamala Harris, according to most polls. Meanwhile, Harris is set to embark on a nationwide campaign tour with her future running mate, with scheduled stops in key battleground states including Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada.

Harris will kick off the tour with a visit to Philadelphia on Tuesday. Sources have indicated that six individuals are on the shortlist for her vice-presidential pick, including Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and Arizona Senator Mark Kelly. (Trump Rally)
