Pune girl taking selfie : A shocking incident occurred in Satara district where a 29-year-old Pune girl fell 100 feet into a gorge while taking a selfie. Nasreen, a resident of Warje in Pune, had gone on a trip to Borne Ghat near Sajjangad with her friends after discovering that the Thoseghar waterfall was closed.

While taking photos on the mountain, Nasreen lost her balance and plummeted 100 feet down into the gorge. Fortunately, she got caught on a tree, which saved her life. Her friends immediately alerted the Satara police. Local residents, along with the police, bravely rescued her on Saturday evening using ropes.

The rescue operation was challenging, but she was eventually pulled out safely. However, she sustained injuries and was promptly admitted to a local hospital for treatment.
