Kishore Jena, another promising Indian javelin thrower, kicked off the qualification round in Group A. Jena made an impressive start, hitting a distance of 80.73 meters in his first attempt. Despite the competitive nature of their relationship, Kishore Jena clarified that their interactions remain friendly and respectful.
