Biles’ journey in Tokyo was marked by her courageous decision to withdraw from multiple finals to prioritize her mental health, sparking an international conversation. Despite the setback, she posted the highest scores on floor and vault, contributing to her career total of seven Olympic medals.

In Paris, Biles is set to compete next in the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Team Final on Tuesday, with the individual all-around competition following on Thursday. Team USA, heavily favored and motivated by their runner-up finish to Russia three years ago, finished the preliminary rounds with a total score of 172.296, more than five points ahead of second-place Italy (166.861).

As the American team looks for “redemption,” all eyes will be on Biles and her teammates as they aim for gold. Fans can catch the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Team Final on Tuesday, followed by the individual all-around competition on Thursday.
